6 Set up with the display and adjustment module

Entering a 4-digit PIN protects the sensor data against unauthorized

access and unintentional modication. In this menu item, the PIN is

displayed or edited and changed. However, this menu item is only

available if adjustment is enabled in the menu "Lock/unlock setup -

Adjustment".

In delivery status, the PIN is "0000".

In this menu item, the internal clock of the sensor is adjusted.

With a reset, certain parameter adjustments carried out by the user

are reset.

The following reset functions are available:

Delivery status: Restoring the parameter settings at the time of ship-

ment from the factory incl. the order-specic settings. A created false

signal suppression, user-programmable linearization curve as well as

the measured value memory will be deleted.

Basic settings: Resetting the parameter settings incl. special and

laboratory parameters to the default values of the respective instru-

ment. A created false signal suppression, user programmable lineari-

zation curve as well as the measured value memory will be deleted.

The following table shows the default values of the instrument. De-

pending on the instrument version or application, all menu items may

not be available or some may be dierently assigned:
