Mount PLICSRADIO at the minimum height from the ground, or from

thehighestobstaclethattouchestheFresnelzone,asindicatedin

thetable;useamastifnecessary.Withthe2.4GHzstandardmodel,

an optional external antenna with a 3 meter cable is available to allow

mounting at the required height.

Use the recommended cables (see chapter "Connecting to power

supply") and tighten the cable gland.

You can give your instrument additional protection against moisture

penetration by leading the connection cable downward in front of the

cableentry.Rainandcondensationwatercanthusdraino.Thisap-

plies mainly to outdoor mounting as well as installation in areas where

high humidity is expected (e.g. through cleaning processes) or on

cooled or heated vessels.

4.3 Mounting steps

1. Mark the holes according to the following drilling template

2. Depending on the mounting surface, fasten the wall mounting

plate with 4 screws
